Booking info

  • Attend your appointment with clean, freshly washed hair

  • matted, tangled and wet hair will incur extra fees

  • please text upon arrival

  • please do not bring anyone to your appointment

  • all bookings must be made through the booking link
    a 50% deposit applies to all new hair bookings and must be paid at the time of booking
    discounts not available with afterpay

  • Gloss reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not properly caring for their investment

    Deposit Policy

  • in order to secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% your booking total is required to reserve or order your hair extensions

  • deposits are non refundable under any circumstances but are transferable once to a new date if more than 5 business days notice is given

  • all appointment changes must be made online, and notice cannot be given via DM, email or text

  • appointment changes must be made with more than 5 business days notice TO AVOID AN APPOINTMENT CHANGE FEE OF $100

  • cancellations (NON-RESCHEDULES) incur a loss of deposit for new hair bookings for all other appointments cancellations must be made with 5 days notice to avoid a $150 cancellation FEE

  • IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OR NO SHOW YOU WILL OWE THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WHICH WILL NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO BE BOOKED BACK IN.

  • IN THE UNLIKELY SITUATION AN ISSUE ARISES THIS CAN BE AMENDED FOR FREE if notice is given WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS.

  • ANYTHING AFTER THIS POINT IS CLASSED AS WEAR AND TEAR AND IS SUBJECT TO CHARGE.
